Over the past four years, Black & White Hospitality have raised nearly £200k for some fantastic causes.
Taking part in numerous charity bike rides has seen us cover over 18,000 kilometres on two wheels.
In addition, the above total doesn't take into account the other fundraising our venues undertake locally, with activities such as the St Basils Big Sleep Out in Birmingham which saw a team taking part and spending the night outside.
In 2019, we took a team of 45 riders to the glorious and renowned for cycling enthusiasts island of Mallorca. Used by many professional cycling teams for training, our riders were put through their paces over 3 days on this mountainous terrain. Completing the Sa Calobra, Tramuntana Mountains and of course the Cap Formetor (road to the lighthouse).
We raised over £41,000 for this year's nominated charity – PROPS, who provide opportunities and support to people with learning difficulties in and around Bristol.
In 2018, we took a team of 50 riders to take on the challenge of cycling 520km from Amsterdam to Bristol – covering 4 countries in 4 days.
Raising over £61,000 for the Bristol-based charity – PROPS who provide opportunities and support to young adults with learning disabilities.
This money has enabled the charity to purchase a new minibus for their students.
